GSF Events is a Belgium-based company specialized in technical event production and audiovisual equipment rental, covering sound, lighting, video, and staging solutions.

We support a wide range of events, from institutional and corporate productions to product launches, official ceremonies, and high-end experiences. Our approach is to transform creative ideas into reliable, impactful technical solutions.

Our expertise covers several key areas, including 3D design and technical planning, lighting solutions (conventional, LED, moving lights, and architectural lighting), professional audio systems, video projection and LED wall solutions, as well as trussing and rigging structures.

We also provide multi-camera capture, live streaming and hybrid event solutions, along with IT, network, and conference systems. With a strong focus on innovation and execution, we support our clients at every stage of their projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality results through our expertise and cutting-edge technology.

GSF Events has contributed to a wide range of high-profile projects, including the Open House of the European Parliament, the Open Days of the European Commission, official ceremonies such as Solidarnosc, the launch of the Porsche 911, major football events, luxury weddings in Monaco, architectural projection projects in Brussels, corporate events and general assemblies, as well as prestigious events such as the Zoute Grand Prix.
